We accept self-funding referrals as well as referrals from some insurance companies. With regard to insurance companies we accept referrals from BUPA and AVIVA. (We do not currently accept referrals from AXA PPP.) If you are being referred through your insurance company, you will need an authorisation code before any appointment can be booked. On request we will issue you with an invoice after your session. Please telephone reception who will explain how you might be able to claim back your payment from your insurance company if they are not one of our accepted insurance companies.
Payment for therapy sessions are made directly after each appointment by debit card, credit card, or cheque.
If you are arranging an appointment for a loved one, payment will need to be made by card or by direct bank transfer before the appointment to secure the appointment time.
